3. For the paid carriage of passengers or goods;
4. For any competition, speed tests or races;
5. To propel or tow other vehicles, trailers, or any object;
6. When it is not in running condition;
7. For driver training.

3. To bear the cost of the fuel consumed;
4. To request the consent of Renome Rent a Car for the extension of the agreed period of use of the vehicle at least 48 hours before the expiry of the deadline for returning the vehicle;
5. Ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained and maintained during use;
6. To return the rented vehicle within the agreed period or earlier at the request of Renome Rent a Car;
7. To use the vehicle only for their own needs and not to rent or lend it to a third party;
8. To pay all amounts of fines imposed against him in connection with the use of the vehicle, caused by his personal fault (violation of traffic regulations);
9. To protect the interests of Renome Rent a Car and its insurance company in the event of an accident by recording the names and addresses of the participants and witnesses of the accident
   – that he will not leave the damaged vehicle until he has removed it from the scene of the accident and secured it;
   – that it will immediately inform Renome Rent a Car of the damage, even if it is minor, in the fastest possible way;
   – that in the event of major damage to the vehicle or if there are injured persons in the accident (even when the fault of other persons is obvious), immediately call and wait for the arrival of the traffic police authorities in order to conduct an official investigation;
   – by submitting a written report on the accident to Renome Rent a Car.
